At The Centerpiece, our purpose is to bring beauty, meaning, and ease to your everyday and extraordinary moments. These Terms & Conditions ensure clarity, trust, and transparency in every interaction. By placing an order or becoming a member of The Centerpiece Society, you agree to the following terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, purchasing arrangements, or joining our membership, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from completing a purchase.

Order Placement & Confirmation

Every arrangement is bespoke—seasonally curated and designed with intention. Once your order is placed, we begin sourcing, styling, and scheduling with care. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment and may not be altered once design and fulfillment have begun.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Subscription Deliveries & One-Time Orders: Your purchase is final and non-refundable.
  Prepaid and gift memberships are also non-refundable and non-cancellable once initiated.
• Events & Custom Installations: All event deposits are non-refundable. Final payments are due 30 days before the event date.

Substitution Policy

When necessary, we may substitute blooms or vessels with options of equal or greater value—preserving your original color palette, aesthetic, and emotional tone.

We do not offer exchanges. Each arrangement is made to order and customized for your space.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Arrangements

If your arrangement arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us within 72 hours, including photos. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims after this window may not be eligible.

If your flowers arrive damaged:

• Send us a photo or return the item within 3 days
• We will replace it or, if needed, issue a refund at our discretion

Delivery Terms

• Orders must be received by 1pm CST for same day deliveries Monday – Friday and by 12pm on Saturday. We deliver to both Benton and Washington counties in Arkansas. Deliveries are complimentary. If you’re outside of Washington or Benton County please reach out for a custom delivery fee quote. 
• Website photos are for illustrative purposes: displaying the design, palette, container, and size of the item. Availability changes day to day and each designer’s hand works a little differently than the next. Fluctuations and substitutions will occur, thank you for your flexibility.
• We will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If our driver is unsuccessful in delivering your order and a second delivery trip is required, an additional delivery fee may be charged. For this reason, we request that you provide an accurate phone number for your recipient so we may contact them should we need to do so to complete the delivery.
• We offer white-glove, in-home delivery to select local regions.
• If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, re-delivery fees may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather or third-party carriers.

Recipient Refusals

No refunds will be issued if a recipient refuses delivery. We will attempt to coordinate a return or alternate delivery if possible, though additional fees may apply.

Floral Care & Handling

Please follow the enclosed care instructions. The Centerpiece is not responsible for reduced flower life due to neglect or environmental factors.

Membership Policies

• Pause, skip, or forward deliveries at any time.
• Cancel with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are property of The Centerpiece. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We never sell or share your personal data. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Arkansas law and fall under Washington County jurisdiction.

Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
