Your purchase is final and non-refundable.
Prepaid and gift memberships are also non-refundable and non-cancellable once initiated.
Damaged Products
If your flowers arrive damaged:
- Send us a photo or return the item within 3 days
- We will replace it or, if needed, issue a refund at our discretion
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Each arrangement is made to order and customized for your space.
