How does the membership work?
We begin with a complimentary consultation to learn about your style, space, and preferences.
From there:
- Proposal – You receive a custom visual guide.
- Design & Approval – Our team creates a tailored inspiration board for you to approve
- Scheduled Deliveries – You select monthly or bi-monthly service, with hand-delivery in a reusable vase.
- White-Glove Fulfillment – Flowers arrive thoughtfully arranged, with care instructions included.
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries are made on Thursdays and Fridays, based on region:
- Northwest Arkansas – North: 1st Thursday or Friday
- South: 3rd Thursday or Friday
- Bi-monthly clients: 1st & 3rd Thursdays/Fridays
If your week is full, contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What is included in my delivery?
Each arrangement includes:
- A bespoke arrangement styled to your preferences
- A vase (rotated with each delivery)
- Flower food & care card
- Optional upgrades & exclusive perks for Premium members
What regions do you deliver to?
We currently deliver exclusively within Northwest Arkansas. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our radius, feel free to reach out.
How do I know when flowers are coming
- 7 days prior: You’ll receive a reminder email
- 1 day prior: A final confirmation—no changes may be made at this point
- 24 hours post-delivery: We’ll invite you to share feedback
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. Simply choose “Gift a Membership” during checkout and provide the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and preferred delivery week. We’ll take care of the rest.
